Happy Mother's Day to you all! I know it's a day late, I've meant to post last night!!
On Saturday, Rachel, Linzhi and I went to my mother-in-laws church for their annual Mother/Daughter Banquet. This was the first year I brought both of my daughters. It was a nice time especially when the girls were able to hit the playground. I enjoy this time with my mother-in-law, I like to see her in her role as a Pastor's wife. My mother and father-in-law set a wonderful christian example for all us us and their church family. I'm so proud to be their daughter-in-law. I don't know what we would do without their love and support.
Sunday, as my husband calls it is "Amy's day" I got to sleep in, he made me breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, took care of the little ones while I got ready for the day. After church we went to lunch at "Famous Dave's" and then did a little shopping. When we got home, I took a little siesta for about an hour then my sister Allison came over and we watched "Forrest Gump". Throughout the day CJ and I shared many laughs especially when it came to the kids, they don't know it but they make for some great belly laughs!!!
As I was praying last night, I couldn't help but become emotional when I thanked the Lord for all the love and blessings he gives me everyday. At times, it gets crazy around here and on most days I could pull all my hair out but i wouldn't trade my life for anything. I am where I want to be and couldn't ask for more.
Blessings,
Amy

Amy I love the girls' matching outfits!
I'm so glad you had such a wonderful, family-filled Mother's Day! You deserve it! I agree with your statement: "At times, it gets crazy around here and on most days I could pull all my hair out but i wouldn't trade my life for anything. I am where I want to be and couldn't ask for more." Amen! Love that!
